Once the voiceover is approved and editing begins, the entire video timeline is built around it — every cut, transition, visual sync, and music cue is placed relative to specific words at specific timestamps. Changing the VO means re-timing every edit point, re-syncing visuals, adjusting music cues, and potentially re-sourcing content. This is not a revision — it is reconstruction.
